Services and Rates Initial Consultation with Booked Services **Consultations are free if you use our service, otherwise there is a $20 administrative fee for the consultation which can be applied toward future service for up to one year from the date of our consultation. FREE!** Mid-Day Dog Walk/Potty Break Visits (While You Are In Town or on a Day Trip) *Daily discount based on frequency, time, & location. Not available for vacationers. $15-18.00* per 25-30 minute visit Vacation Visits (While You Are Out of Town) $18.00 per 25-30 minute visit Overnight Stay (In Your Home) $60.00 per overnight (10-12 hours overnight) Holiday Surcharge $5.00 per visit Delivery Service Fee $10.00 per trip Tender Loving Care FREE! Basic House Duties (Water Plants, Bring in Mail, etc) FREE! We charge by time, NOT by number of pets! Visits also available in ~45 min & 60 min increments. We do NOT discriminate based on breed! Refer a friend and receive a FREE visit!   Mid-Day Dog Walk / Potty Break Visits: (While You Are In Town, At Work or On A Day Trip) A regular daily walk/potty break is about 25-30 minutes and consists of a walk or time in the backyard for play, exercise, and a potty break. (Longer visits are also available for an additional fee.) Great for those who: -Work long hours. -Are in school long hours. -Have a new puppy or older dog who needs frequent potty breaks. -Are out on a day trip. -Want their dog(s) to get more exercise. -Are injured/immobile. -Are just too busy! Vacation Visits: (While You Are Out Of Town) A regular vacation visit is about 25-30 minutes and includes a walk or playtime, feeding, fresh water, administering medications (if needed), and cleaning litter boxes. Also included are house duties (gathering mail, watering plants, rotating lights, etc.) and a daily written log to let you know how your pets did while you were gone! (Longer visits are also available for an additional fee.) Minimum Number of Visits: While you are on vacation we require visits at least two times per day for dogs (AM and PM, or an overnight). For cats and other small animals we prefer at least once per day but will consider every other day visits on a case-by-case basis. Under no circumstances will we space visits out longer then every other day. Many things can happen while you are gone with your pets or your home and the more time there is in between visits the greater the chance that something minor can turn into something major! Overnights: (In Your Home) Overnight visits last approximately 10-12 hours** and consist of a sitter staying throughout the night in your home plus everything mentioned in the "Vacation Visit" above: a walk or playtime in the yard in the P.M. and A.M., feeding, refreshing water, medications (if needed), playtime, snuggle time, and house duties (gathering mail, watering plants, rotating lights, etc.) This service is also customized to fit you and your pet(s) needs. Mid-day visits are available at an additional charge (as not all pets require them). **Overnights usually start around 7-8pm and end around 6-7am. Short notice requests or overnights that fall through a holiday may start as late as 9 pm in order to accomodate the other visits into our schedule. Delivery Services: $10 fee + cost of items - Low on dog food or cat litter? Want some bread or milk in the fridge for your return? Let us know and we can pick up the basics for you so it will be ready and waiting when you get home! (Additional delivery charge will apply if delivery is not combined with another service.) Holidays: In addition to the rates above, a holiday surcharge of $5 per visit applies on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. This fee applies to overnights which start or end on a holiday. As with all tips, this surcharge goes directly to the sitter in order to thank them for spending the holiday with your pets! Please see our FAQ for more information on our policies and procedures. Friendly Visits does not charge for multiple pets, but rather for the amount of time needed to properly care for your pet(s). We do not discriminate based on the type or breed of your pet and evaluate the temperament of all pets during the consultation.   Setting Up Service: 1. Call, e-mail, or use our "Request Service Page". If you call or e-mail please be sure to include where you live, what dates you would like, how many visits a day your pet(s) will need and what pet(s) you have. 2. We will set up a 30-60 minute consultation to meet and get to know one another. (Please have some dates and times in mind for the consultation.) You will meet with either Jennifer and/or Anthony at the consultation. The consultation includes filling out paperwork, answering questions, and getting to know your pet(s) and their needs. We require 2 spare keys and a deposit equal to 100% of services for vacationers or one week of services for daily clients in order to hold your reservation. Any checks received will not be cashed until the start of services. If less then 2 keys are given or you would like us to make copies for you, the charge is $5 per key copy.
